FRANK IADAROLA

PRINCIPAL/DIRECTOR

I have worked in the Insurance Industry for over 35 years, starting my career as an Underwriter and Claims Consultant with Vero Insurance.

My broking journey commenced in 1993 where I was Broker then Sales Manager, Branch Manager looking after my Client’s Insurance portfolios. My Boutique Brokerage at Bfrank Insurance is that we handle insurance solutions for Small, Medium and Large Businesses together with Corporate, National Companies. My specialties being in Industrial Special Risks, Public & Products Liability, Professional Indemnity, Directors and Officers Insurance, Motor Fleet, Marine Transit etc for businesses that need Help to solve the Insurance puzzle.

I hold a Diploma in Financial Services – Insurance Broking and Senior Associate of the ANZIIF community.

Frank’s view is that Insurance is More than Just Insurance.

ANGELICA IADAROLA

ASSISTANT TO DIRECTOR

I started my Insurance journey in 2014 for a reputable Strata and Community Title Insurance company as an Assistant Underwriter and Accounts Officer. This allowed me to work closely with Strata Managers, Brokers and direct Clients.

I then joined Bfrank Insurance in 2017 where I became Personal Assistant to the Director Frank Iadarola. My duties also extend to assisting our Executive Assistants and Administration along with Office Manager duties. I hold my Tier 1 Qualification in Insurance Broking.

Jeymi Trujillo

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

I started to work in the insurance industry almost 10 years ago when I was working for a local Medical Centre in Colombia, I was attracted to the different risks that a company could be exposed and how insurers designed to protect those hazards.

Once I finished my degree in Business Administration, I started to develop my career with an insurance broker in Bogota, then I moved to Australia where I have been gaining experience in Commercial and Domestic Insurance Products, now in Adelaide I continue the journey!

I assist with quotations, revision of policy terms, closings, and general queries.

MEREDITH ROGERS

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

I entered the Insurance Industry in 1976 at the age of 17 with CIC (Co-operative Insurance Company) which is now known as Allianz, in the Underwriting department.

Over the years I have been employed in both retailing and wholesaling and enjoyed both equally, with my main service of 22 years being with an Authorised Representative.

On his retirement the reference I received from him quoted me as being proficient in carrying out my duties, reliable and had a great rapport with both clients and insurance personnel, which I consider sums me up well.

James Goreing

Executive Assistant

I started working in the industry in 2016 with Allianz Insurance, first in a sales and service capacity and then as a NAB insurance specialist. In this role I worked with a range of home, landlord and motor insurance products.

I joined BFrank insurance in 2022 as an Executive Assistant, giving me the opportunity to learn more about the business insurance side of things from a very experienced brokerage.

I also hold a bachelor’s degree in Behavioural Sciences, majoring in Psychology and Philosophy.

CHARMAINE ELIES

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

I started working in insurance since 2008, where I started off in Allianz as a claim’s consultant, then from there I moved around insurance companies, gaining experience within the claims area.

After many years of being in claims I wanted gain more experience & knowledge within the broking side of the industry as well as underwriting, from claims I moved over to a broking firm where I gained knowledge & applied my experience to my broking career.

From there I have been with the Bfrank team since 2023 where I specialise in commercial, domestic & have extensive knowledge of farm insurance. I enjoy being a part of a tight knit family team & I enjoy supporting my colleagues in achieving goals. I am always up for a challenge & am always striving to learn new skills.
